......want to understand a thing, but theres little info from others about the thing, so experimentation is the only thing you can do to make the thing work and its just frustrating that you can't figure out the thing?

That's what im dealing with when writing good dialogue for a project's script. I cannot think and talk in tandem in real life. I need to get better at understanding how to converse. My parents are clearly not a good source of support for this matter.
